Transportation Information

😍We are so excited to see all our happy faces back in the building! 

We have a form we need completed before the end of day on August 7th. This form will be used for the first 2 weeks of school at the end of the day to make transportation go smoothly. 

Remember, if your student is riding to the Boys and Girls Club it needs to be noted in the Transportation portion of Final Forms. 

We will be having a drawing for anyone that completes this form before August 7th. The prize will be a gas gift card. 

The form needs to be completed by end of day on August 7th.

If a student has a different afternoon drop-off than the address listed in FinalForms, including Boys and Girls Club, that change will need to be submitted directly to Transportation.

Families can complete the webform on our Transportation website at www.nsd131.org/transportation, or they can call Transportation and have one of our Customer Service Specialists make the change for them.
